Recipe of the Week: Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars
If you’re a fan of Rice Krispy Treats, you’ll want to check out this fun twist on the classic treat. This version from Pillsbury uses Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal!
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
- Spray an 11×7 or 9×9 pan with cooking spray.
- In a large pot melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook over medium-low heat until marshmallows are completely melted.
- Once marshmallows are melted, remove pot from heat and add cereal to the pot, stirring to coat.
- Press into prepared pan and cool. Cut into bars and serve.
