
Recipe of the Week: Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
Bake some delicious cake for one when you make this Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake by Chobani.

Ingredients
- Cinnamon roll filling
- 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. chopped pecans
- Oatmilk icing
- 1 tbsp. Chobani® Oatmilk Plain or Vanilla
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- Cinnamon roll dough
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. Chobani® Oatmilk Plain or Vanilla
- Cinnamon roll filling
- In a small container, mix all ingredients.
- Oatmilk icing
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Cinnamon roll dough
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients with a spatula until well combined.
- Chill for a few minutes to firm up. Roll dough into a coil, about 12” long.
- Line a ¼ sheet tray with parchment and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough on parchment, fold parchment over the
dough long ways and flatten dough underneath the parchment so it is ¼” thick, 2-3” wide, and 12” long. - Spread filling over entire surface of the dough.
- Starting on one side of the dough, roll it into a spiral.
- Place dough into a mug with spiral showing on top and bottom.
- Microwave on high setting for 90-100 seconds (microwave strength can vary).
- Spoon icing over cake.
- Serve warm in mug or on a plate.
